High Quality, Stone Baked Pizza Bases

We are extremely proud of our pizza bases.  They are slowly fermented for 24-48 hours before being hand stretched and par-baked on a stone and contain no additives such as enzymes or preservatives or improvers.

They are high in fibre, low in salt, containing triple wheat, and are very nutritious and easily digestible.  Each base is finished by hand, so no two bases are identical, giving them a traditional, rustic look.
